How to complain

Call 0333 057 7175 or write to Compare Advantage Ltd, Strawberry Fields, Euxton Lane, Chorley, PR7 1PS. Tell us what happened, when, and what outcome you are looking for. We acknowledge complaints within three working days and aim to resolve them within four weeks.

Complaints about a supplier

Your contract for equipment and servicing is with the supplier you chose, so complaints about delivery, servicing or billing go to them first under their own complaints process. Tell us as well: supplier conduct feeds directly into whether they stay on the vetted panel.

Finance introductions

If your complaint relates to a regulated finance introduction and you are not satisfied with the response, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at financial-ombudsman.org.uk.
